TWAIN Utilities for Programmers, Admins and Users
TWAINCommander 2.0 Demo Version (~ 1000k) Demo version of the command line scan utility. Supports all TWAIN compliant devices under 32 bit Microsoft Windows operating systems. TWAINCommander supports scanning from the DOS prompt direct into a JPEG, TIFF or BITMAP file. Programmers can execute TWAINCommander direct from their application. This installation contains samples and English and German documentation.
Image File Converter
BARISEI TIFF / JPEG to PDF File Converter Demo Version (~ 1000k) BARISEI is a command line TIFF and JPEG to PDF converter. It creates with high performance PDF files with high quality. Also multipage TIFF files are supported. This product allows a fully automated file conversion. Only one executable is involved. It can be called from the prompt, batch files, scripts or with a shell command from applications. BARISEI is an ideal tool for office automation and can be integrated into a workflow or used stand allone. Two licenses are available for BARSEI: a single desk license and a developer license which allows a unlimited distribution within a solution or the use at an unlimited number of desks in one legal entity. The demo version is the same for both licenses. The BARISEI demo version has the full functionality as the full license but a text overlay.
TWAIN driver demo versions
XPCTWAIN TIFF Multipage / Multifile TWAIN Import Driver Demo Version (~ 450k) This TWAIN driver allows to import TIFF multipage files to any TWAIN compliant application. XPCTWAIN allows multi file selection and supports batch processing.
JTWAIN SE 2000 JPEG and TIFF TWAIN Import Driver Demo Version (~ 650k) This TWAIN driver allows to import JPEG and TIFF files to any TWAIN compliant application. It has an image preview and some basic image processing. JTWAIN has no multipage / multifile support.
USB Camera / Webcam Command Line Tool Demo Version
CamCommander 1.0 Demo Version (~ 1000k) CamCommander is a command line tool to acquire still images form usb cameras under Windows 2000, XP and Vista into image files. This demo comes with documentation and full functionality of the licensed product but overlays a red cross over the target jpeg files.
TWAIN SDK
The sales of the TWAIN Integration Kit 2.0 has been discontinued. If you are interested in a 32 bit or 16 bit Wincows DLL based TWAIN SDK please contact the JSE support.
Free distributable files from the TWAIN working group
TWAIN.H TWAIN header file version 1.8 (~ 80k) - Latest version of the TWAIN header file by the working group. You may replace an older version submitted with the TIK.
TWAIN DSM from 11/99 (~ 126k) - New 32bit Data Source Manager which includes Windows NT NTFS security fixes. (11/30/99).You should replace an older version submitted with the TIK.
